Women of any age or experience level, training in our all-levels adult classes.
Jiu Jitsu was built for the smaller, leverage-focused practitioner — which is exactly why it's one of the most effective martial arts a woman can train. At Shōgun, women train alongside the full academy, in classes designed to develop real technical skill, real confidence, and real-world self-defense ability.
Whether you are looking to get stronger, build confidence, learn how to protect yourself, or pursue competition — our coaches will meet you where you are and develop you from there.

- A gi for gi classes — ask about loaners first
